The price does not include a tourist tax of €1.50 per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive days, exemption for children up to 10 years.
Prices are per week and stays are from Saturday to Saturday preferably.
Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday
On request daily stays are allowed, free arrival and departure day, also weekday.
Prices per week of a flat including the consumption of water, energy, gas and final cleaning
Check in time: from 4 pm to 7.30 pm - check out time: until 10:00 pm, unless other arrangements.
At the moment of reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the total is needed. The remainder may be paid upon arrival in cash or by check.

Private parking, free wi fi connection, free common laundry room, children’s recreation ground. Barbecue area.
The bus stop is 300 metres far from the house.
Beaches can be also reached with public bus transport or walking through pedestrian paths.
